Our tax attorneys counsel individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations in all phases of tax planning, compliance, controversy and litigation. We comfortably operate in regional, national and international arenas and provide representation before leading governmental agencies such as the IRS, Department of Labor, and state and local taxing authorities and, when necessary, litigate before the United States Tax Court, Court of Federal Claims, Circuit Courts of Appeal and a variety of state and local boards and courts.

Our finance attorneys counsel and manage all aspects of project financing - including complicated loan transactions, sale-leasebacks, like-kind exchanges and loan workout proceedings. In recent years, we have represented clients in syndicated and bond financing in synthetic leasing and in the panoply of current financing techniques.
