Patent Law
Licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, our patent attorneys advise U.S. and international clients on properly documenting the development of inventions and filing patent applications in a variety of fields. They have considerable experience in U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, including directly handling the international phase of Patent Cooperation Treaty filings. Through established relationships with foreign counsel at independent law firms, our patent attorneys coordinate the national phase of PCT filings and effect direct foreign filing of patent applications throughout the world. Franchise Law
Our attorneys assist clients in developing comprehensive national franchising programs that comply with the Federal Trade Commission's regulations and the regulations of all of the 50 states. These programs include the preparation of form franchise agreements, area development agreements, uniform franchise offering circulars and the additional forms and documents required by the various state agencies that regulate the sale of franchises.
