Experienced Attorneys in Lexington, Kentucky
At Dawahare & Kershaw, L.L.P., we are a small law firm which has chosen to limit our practice to the areas of family law. These areas include Divorce, Custody, Visitation, Child Support, Property Division, Post Decree issues, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, and Adoption. We are also trained to conduct Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation, collaborative divorce, and arbitration.
We have chosen to keep the size of our firm small. Dawahare & Kershaw has three partners: Sandra Mendez Dawahare, Esq., Valerie S. Kershaw, Esq., and Suzanne Baumgardner, Esq. Kami Brumley is an associate of the firm. Services are also provided to client in as "of counsel" capacity by Elisabeth (Ellie) Goldman, Esq.
While our firm is small, the attorneys and their experience compliment each other, thereby allowing us jointly to provide you with the exceptional legal services all our clients expect of us.
